3-Month Engagements

In these three months, Marcel helps leaders identify their goals and craft a future state, then pinpoint 2-3 metrics to track success. Together, they identify limiting beliefs and behaviors that could impede progress. During this period leaders gain clarity on their objectives and have begun to implement changes they want to see.

6-Month Engagements

The first three months are dedication to building awareness as described in the 3-month engagement. The next three months, leader move fully into action, implementing new mindset and behaviors. In-between sessions, Marcel provides targeted ‘fieldwork’ to reinforce and ground leaders in the new way of working and living.

9-12 Month Engagements

After six months, new habits are formed, and outdated beliefs and behaviors are fading. The next three to six months Marcel provides leaders with accountability and support so that lasting change sticks.

Team Coaching

Most traditional team building events produce short-term results that fizzle out soon after the event. This is because they side-step the root issues that cause conflict, miscommunication, and lack of trust and accountability. Curated Conversations

Telling someone to change rarely, if ever, leads to lasting behavioral adoption. Therefore, Marcel offers curated conversations to teams and organizations that can be delivered virtually or in-person to facilitate transformation.


Marcel delivers customized courses for organizations who are ready to move to the new way of working and living. She requires six months of coaching with the leadership team (at a minimum) before any team engagement begins because culture reflects the consciousness of the leader.
